Unwind and rejuvenate with our bespoke Evening of Relaxation – a serene escape designed to soothe your mind, body and soul. Under the gentle guidance of Ruth and Mikey, you will be immersed in an ambience enriched by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, mystical gongs, rhythmic drumming and the subtle energy of crystals.

Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this experience offers a safe and tranquil setting. Choose the comfort of a chair or settle onto the floor to fully embrace the calming journey.
